Shipping Information

  • Where do you ship?
    We currently ship across Canada. Shipping rates and delivery times will vary depending on your location.

  • How long will my order take?
    Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout, but most orders within Ontario arrive in 3-5 business days.

  • Do you offer free shipping?
    Yes! We offer:

    • Free shipping on orders over $150 within Canada.
    • Free local shipping on orders over $100 for customers in the Greater Sudbury area.
      For orders below these amounts, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.

Exchanges Only

  • How do I exchange an item?
    We’re sorry the item didn’t work out! You can initiate an exchange by emailing us at michelle@willowstyle.ca. Please include your order number and reason for the exchange. Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • Is there a fee for exchanges?
    For Canadian customers, exchanges are free if your item is returned within 30 days.

  • Do you offer refunds?
    Currently, we only offer exchanges or store credit. We do not process refunds.

  • How do I know my size?
    Sizing details are provided on each product page. Simply refer to the sizing section to ensure the perfect fit!

Order Tracking

  • How can I track my order?
    You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking details as soon as your order is placed. We will continue to update you via email as your order processes and ships, all the way until it arrives at your door!

We offer fast and affordable shipping options across Canada. Orders over $150 qualify for free shipping within Canada, while local orders in the Greater Sudbury area over $100 also get free shipping.
