We currently ship across Canada. Shipping rates and delivery times will vary depending on your location. -

Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout, but most orders within Ontario arrive in 3-5 business days. -
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer:- Free shipping on orders over $150 within Canada.

Free local shipping on orders over $100 for customers in the Greater Sudbury area.
For orders below these amounts, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.

How do I exchange an item?
We’re sorry the item didn’t work out! You can initiate an exchange by emailing us at michelle@willowstyle.ca. Please include your order number and reason for the exchange. Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date. -
Is there a fee for exchanges?
For Canadian customers, exchanges are free if your item is returned within 30 days. -
Do you offer refunds?
Currently, we only offer exchanges or store credit. We do not process refunds.
