Exchange Policy
Exchanges: You can exchange your item for another of equal value within 14 days of purchase.
Store Credit: If you prefer, we will issue store credit for the value of the returned item.
Condition of Items: Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Exceptions: Certain items, such as sale items, intimates, jewellery, body care & hair accessories are not eligible for exchange or store credit.
Willow Points: Once you redeem your points for a discount on a purchase, those points cannot be refunded.
Shipping: If your order qualified for free shipping, please note that a $10 fee will be deducted from your credit.
Delivery: If your order qualified for free delivery, please note that a $6 fee will be deducted from your credit.
Return shipping costs are full responsibility of the customer and no shipping charges will be refunded to you.
We reserve the right to reject any items that appear to have been worn or altered. Such items will be returned at the customers expense.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
