Exchanges & Store Credit
Eligible items may be exchanged for another item of equal value within 14 days of purchase.
Prefer to choose something later? Store credit may be issued for the value of your eligible returned item.
Return Requests & Refunds
If you would like to request a return for a refund, please contact Willow Boutique before sending your item back.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once your item has been received, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return requirements.
If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
Willow Boutique reserves the right to refuse a return if an item does not meet our return requirements. If your return is not approved, the item will be sent back to you at your expense.
Return Conditions
All items being returned or exchanged must:
- Be within 14 days of purchase
- Be in their original condition
- Be unworn and unaltered
- Have all original tags and packaging intact
Final Sale & Excluded Items
The following items are not eligible for return, exchange or store credit:
- Sale items
- Intimates
- Jewelry
- Body care products
- Hair accessories
Shipping & Delivery Fees
Original shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable.
If your original order qualified for free shipping, a $10 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
If your original order qualified for free local delivery, a $6 delivery fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Willow Rewards Points
If Willow Rewards points were redeemed for a discount on your purchase, those points cannot be refunded.
